Shipping policy

Orders are packed and dispatched from our address in Oroville, California. This page explains processing times, delivery estimates, tracking and what to do if a parcel is late or damaged.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO boxes outside the continental United States, and we do not currently offer international delivery.

Processing time

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders leave our hands within 1 to 2 business days. During a busy launch or a holiday period, processing can take up to 3 business days; we will show a notice on the site if that happens.

Delivery options and cost

Standard delivery: $6.95, usually 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Expedited delivery: $14.95, usually 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates begin when the parcel is handed to the carrier, not when the order is placed. Remote addresses can take a little longer. The exact cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we send a confirmation with a tracking number to the email address on the order. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and then contact us. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.

Late or missing parcels

If tracking has not moved for five business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or refund the order. Please allow up to 10 business days for a carrier trace to be completed.

Damaged parcels

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and keep the packaging until the issue is resolved. Report any damage or missing item within 48 hours of delivery so that we can file the claim and send a replacement.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change a delivery address. We can usually update an order before it is dispatched. Once a parcel is with the carrier, an address change may not be possible.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and applicable state and local rules. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
