Orders and acceptance

We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a price or description contains an obvious error, if we suspect fraud, or if the order cannot be delivered to the address supplied. If we cancel after payment, we refund the amount paid.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping and applicable sales tax are added at checkout and shown before you confirm payment. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your card or payment provider may apply its own authorisation checks.

Product information

We take care to describe fabrics, measurements and colours accurately. Screens vary, and natural fabrics can vary slightly in shade and texture. Measurements are taken from production samples and are approximate within normal sewing tolerances.

Availability

Stock is limited and can change quickly. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and offer a refund or a comparable alternative.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another customer's account, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it. Content on the site is protected by intellectual property law and may not be copied for commercial use.

Limitation of liability
